SOME OF MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
I joined IG about 5 monthes ago and am currently a Lieutenant in IG. Some of my experience in IG was just getting to know alot of other Gamers and participate in team events such as tournaments and game nights. IG is a nonskill based community so average recreational gamers like me, can fit in. IG strives to find active members and people who are willing to dedicate their time to IG. When I joined IG I didnt expect to be holding the position I am currently, being active on the site helped me fly through the ranks! Ranking up in IG is easier than what most people think, and based more on feeling comfortable with the site and being active frequently. IG also has three highly ranked MW3 clans for members for active members on the site. One thing I didnt expect when I joined IG was that they support almost any game you can think of, because IG is full of a variety of Gamers who enjoy the same games I do.
